Actually,I worked in the med spa, cosmetic industry and it’s unheard of for 90% od the staff to have not done multiple procedures. A bald dr doing a transplant is like a fat dude telling you how to lose weight. No credibility, and thinking “wtf would you not get a FUE patch or two. Not saying Elvis hair, but Jesus Christo, from a p.r. Perspective, it’s just not done

Doctors aren't stupid. Having to do semi annual prp treatments, take finasteride 1mg daily the rest of your life and multiple highly invasive scalp surgeries to restore your hair only somewhat of its former glory. Plus you have to catch it early otherwise there just isn't enough donor hair from your sides and back of head (extracted follicles don't grow back). And some people just arent candidates, especially diffuse thinners.

Th dr on the left could be fixed up. You don’t have to take finny , you can apply it topically now. It’s not highly invasive at all, it’s out patient. I could show you pics of dudes that you could never tell they had a ht and that’s the key, to make it look natural. Donor hair from the sides and back NEVER stop making hair, the density is the key. Some dudes are bad candidates. Blond haired guys are the hardest to fix

Sadly true.

There was a stretch within the last few years where the over weight fighter won 8 or 9 as I recall.

It is a HUGE advantage and the 20% fee to enter the fight with an enormous unfair advantage tends to be a good investment, which I expect fighters to continue to capitalize on until something is done about it.

But I don't recall anyone being quite so egregious as Costa, coming in 19 pounds over.
