Its been about a year since they changed the material. It used to be soft and easy to use, now it's stiff and "snaps" into my gums.

there's different type of materials, so find one that works with your teeth.

if you have tight teeth, regular floss can snap while dental tape is better.

I use Oral-B made in Ireland floss after seeing free sample of dental tape is made in China.

I don't like Reach waxed which doesn't seem cooperative.

I use a water pick in the shower, and have probably a decades worth of old floss in the drawer. Not sure how that happened.

I read a book recently about how to do away with your dentist. The book was written by a dentist that specialized in cavity prevention and cavity healing. She had great success with patients using the sugar xylitol to prevent cavities. Success rate at cavity prevention were apt 80% decrease.

Same problem. I changed to Glide due to some dental problems, and even though it was more expensive, it was much better material. They switched to a cheap plastic that now frays and i need to get a new brand. Seems like the quality of everything went down while prices went up.

I use Oral B Satin Floss. My teeth are too tightly packed together, so I need something thin.

i stopped using a waterpik cause it mades my gums sensitive, even on lower power mode.
