I drank 1.28 sodas per week in 2025

That's good, I honestly haven't drank alcohol in 3 months. Just don't have the desire for it anymore.

I'll stick to non alcoholic drinks if I go to a bar or anywhere they serve booze.
Yeah, I’ve been really turning to “just give me water”. But I eat out so rarely. If it’s like a takeout or casual dining I’ll just do water. But nicer dining I lean either a soda or whiskey

I drink about 3 alcohols a day.

Mostly bourbon.
Occasionally scotch or beer.

1 of each if I get a little out of pocket

Good work! Probably had a case or two all year, and all no sugar/diet. It’s crazy how much weight one can lose by eliminating them.

Keep at it.

Me and Diet Pepsi be like

But I think the volume I drink in a short period of time is getting me all hopped up on caffeine and I can’t sleep at night. So sadly in my efforts to be more healthy, I’m sticking to water.

You heard me. For 2025, on average, I drank almost 1 and 1/3 sodas per week.

Not bad.
That's it?

And how does one drink 1.33 sodas per week? Why aren't you drinking 2.0 sodas per week?

When you bench teh 275, are you repping it 3 or 10?

I'm English.

What is "a soda". A carbonated beverage, or a particular volume of sugary artificial content?

At most, i was used to a 330ml can or bottle of perhaps a diet cola. I couldn't image drinking that more than once a month.
Vile stuff. But, based on averages, you seem to be in the lower end of your addiction. Would you like to discuss it? What brought you here? Can you really stop it you want to? Have your told your family?

The only acceptable time to drink soda is if you are a lady who is making a cocktail.

Apparently a can a day pushes your diabeetus risk 25 to 50% or something

I guess you’re doing good, TS
