This is a curious match-up for me in particular because when Cody brings it, he brings it.

His occasions of rare, unbridled talent show up in random moments and it's pretty much fight ending. Too bad he's suffering from a whole host of ailments though which decreases his chances by a lot.

Have to agree, Fig is a monster with dynamite in his hands and a crazy BJJ game. And Cody is unproven at 125. Also lets be real here, Cody lost 3 out his last 4 fights. Does one impressive win against an (arguably) past his prime Raphael Assuncao really warrant a title shot in a division Cody isn't even apart of? I don't think so. Brandon Moreno should be next.
