The two main things seem to be:
1. Will he want to return
2. Will Vince McMahon allow him to fight in The UFC before his WWE contract ends in 20 months
With this victory where he barely took any punishment and totally controlled Hunt while landing over 100 punches, it must feel great. That feeling of winning is addictive. WWE can't give him the natural high of winning an athletic contest, especially with a unanimous decision and total domination of his opponent. I don't know if Hunt has ever been taken down that many times in 3 rounds before.
Even if his WWE contract doesn't currently allow him to take another UFC fight or even two ir three more fights, I think that if Brock really wants to do it, and Vince McMahon says "no", it's going to make it very difficult for Vince to work with Brock. Vince is smart enough to know that a happy Brock Lesnar is much more preferable to work with than an angry Brock Lesnar. Besides, last night's win just adds to Lesnar's aura and his legend which also helps WWE events that have Lesnar on them make more money. It also gives Vince's product some much needed credibility. When a man like Brock Lesnar is on his roster, it's a lot harder to just have no respect for WWE pro wrestlers. In the past WWE had Olympic Gold medalist Kurt Angle. WWE also had Ken Shamrock. As long as there is at least a legitimate badass or two on the roster it does add credibility and some prestige to WWE.
