I can't say I disagree.
The problem is that people automatically want to jump on hypetrains whenever they see a new fighter demolish someone else, and if you call it for what it is your labeled a "hater" and then at some point they lose, and everyone pretends they never believed they were that good anyway...
I think Cyborg could make a serious run at 135, but as I said on multiple other threads already, this is just Dana's new hype-train to re-energize the division now that Ronda is gone..
Imagine if Ronda came back and Beat Tate... they could have Cyborg blow out some easy opponents (like Smith) and then pump up a whole storyline between the two of them and their history's...
Cyborg wins, you get the next Conor McGregor essentially, beating the unbeatable... meanwhile Holly sits on the shelf fighting top 10's with the other women while UFC gets a huge payday out of it...
Anyway, I hope Cyborg does well in her UFC venture because the best years of her career are behind her
