Brock was one of the most overrated fighters of all time. Almost everybody he beat, he outweighed by 20-40lbs. And as soon as he started facing fighters his own size, he started have a real difficult time. Yes, he beat Carwin, but Carwin literally punched himself out after hitting Brock with 50-60 punches in a row and they never stopped the fight because he was UFC's golden boy. When Brock would get hit in the face, he would literally run and coward away like a puss. He's uber athletic, but really not the amazing fighter everybody makes him out to be. I can't wait until he comes back just so he can get his ass whooped.

But I agree that Brock was probably over-rated, though he did legitimately beat 3 UFC HW champions (counting Carwin as interim champ) and his vicious beating of Mir will always have a place in my heart.
