I can't take Figueiredo as the real champ

What ugly losses? He won the fight vs Joe if not for point deduction and the other is to Demetrius
Repeated low blows isn't ugly? Or getting starched by Demetrious in a 1 sided slaughter, then acting like p4p goat after getting a coin-toss split decision in the rematch?

Dude is a WWE clownshow while honorablelegends like Torres or Mighty Mouse get literally buried and forgotten intentionally by the UFC. Hell they even rid themselves of Formiga despite being a top 5 fighter.

Miguel Torres beat who? A padded record is more impressive then being a 2 weight class champ?

You act like he was ducking big money fights (that didn't exist) while going 35-1 on the regional scene in the early 2000s when the division literally didn't exist in the UFC lol.
He was fighting some top guys for the era in the WEC and to most people thought he beat Mighty Mouse in the UFC if it wasn't for some sketchy judging that rewarded MM holding on for dear life while getting smacked and sub attempted all fight. Didn't get the nod there which was major BS, then got a less BS split against Moraes in WSOF, all at the end of a long career.
Guy was paying his bills running kids jiujitsu classes in the shittiest city in America in an era where guys like Dana made a conscious choice not to put on lower weight fights. What was he supposed to do, fly around the world taking $3000 matchups that cost $2000 just to travel to? lol
The entire 125 and 135 divisions have been an embarrassment when it comes to Zuffa/WEC/UFC burying fighters for so long and continues to do so when convenient.
For almost a decade the only real person they gave a shit at for 145 and below was Urijiah Faber. Cejudo is a top 5 fighter at either 125 or 135 who never cemented a legacy, avenged his losses, or faced a young prospect charging the ranks for the belt. 10 years ago a match between him and Torres would have been super interesting given the reach difference and Torres' bottom game making the takedown less appealing for Cejudo.
Cejudo is much more like a Robert Whittaker than a Jon Jones.

Cejudo was gifted a bullshit decision, beat tj and Marlon then ducked both flyweight and bw. Fig is more of a champion. He's proud of his belt, earned it and defends it. Dj vs fig would be ridiculous though.

Torres lost that split decision to a very green Moraes while Cejudo fought the best version of Moraes, took his best shots an then finished him.

I really don't even understand what your ranting about to tell you the truth, all I know is Cejudo's last 4 wins is more impressive then any of Torres's 40+ wins.

Also, yes he did avenge his only true loss (whether YOU agree with the decision or not irrelevant), an he never really lost to Joe if not for the point deduction

He looks like the next Aldo level fighter, ofcourse I am taking him seriously. He may face Cejudo later in all liklihood.

You don't know what I'm ranting about? You're the imbecile who quoted ME, and then wanted to call someone a padded record can who got fucked in a split decision to mighty mouse, while you suck on a dude for winning a split decision against mighty mouse under similar circumstances.
lol "very green Moraes" had more fights when he fought old Torres than Cejudo had when he fought for the title, then used all that vet experience to completely gas against Cejudo after piecing him up 7 years later.
Cejudo is a Top 10 all time at 125-135 right now, not #1 unless he wants to come back and actually defend a title.
His reign is about as credible as Joe Warrens at 145, another overhyped wrestler with some names on his record because he had some great matchup-effective skills. Difference being Warren stuck around to actually keep facing guys at the peak of the game. Cejudo is Mcgregoring his way out of being a real titlist.

It's also hilarious to watch you lie about the Benavidez fight, as the point deduction made absolutely zero difference in the scorecards, which had Benavidez winning by 2 pts on 1 card, and 4 on another, so 1 point is still a loss. Try harder fanboi. I'd love a rematch, but it's still Cejudo showing he is nothing more than a contender for the top seat, not some special legend.

He also never lost to DJ or CCC so I really dont get your point. Both fighters left and stopped fighting for the UFC. Noone to blame for that and noone to hold responsible. Until either comes back and beats Fig, he is the real and actual Champ. And so is Yan, so was DC, Holloway, etc.

Cejudo shouldn't have got it in the first place, Mighty Mouse got done up like a kipper.

I have no problem with seeing Figgy Smalls as the real champ. He is right there if any of those two guys want the smoke.

Good thing you don’t decide who is the real champ, and the fighters do

Flyweight is a mess because dana halfway aborted the division after MM got traded. Then the two champs after cutting half the flyweight roster are actually bantamweights. Is there even a top 10 at flyweight?

I like how we could potentially have 3 different FlW GOATs to argue about instead of the usual 2.
