Site is literally unusable. I haven't been able to post for several days. Deactivating BB code thingy allowed me to post this message, but it hasn't worked in other subforums. Not from Chrome on laptop, and not from Safari on phone.

Well I know I'm an oddball -- but firefox with these gets rid of a lot of sherdog bullshit.

Install it clean. Otherwise -- I'd flush yer DNS (its fairly simple) and use something like ccleaner to scrub yer browser history / cookies -- just make sure if ya gonna do a full clean, ya don't delete yer auto saves/logins if you don't know them. Answering emails and 2FA when ya do a fresh wipe is some bullshittery.

Feel free to elaborate -- I've helped a couple people get posting -- at least stupid basics -- if ya follow the rules from posts #4 and 5 and such - it has been allowing the super basics. Otherwise I need more info on what yer seeing.

That's great and all, but being a moody toddler about it doesn't really help -- xenforo + cloudflare for the traffic and bandwidth ain't exactly easy to get 100% flowing -- I'm just helping people through it the best I can, sir.
 
Just was able to start posting by turning of the [ ] as suggested and one "wait for mod approval. Thanks for the help.

Edit...and now I was getting g the error quoting MM, had to delete quote to post

It's a pain in the ass -- but it can be done, heh. -- theres still length and sending limits, image problems, formatting that can stall shit out.
 
Some of our Sher-locks have posited that the issue comes with trying to post images. I know that's what started the issue on my desktop (though it wasn't like I could always post when not using a picture, but trying to post a picture did pre-empt my getting the error repeatedly), but couldn't tell you if that's what happened with my phone.

I'm just a regular dude man -- not a mod or even sherdog affiliated lol -- but I'm also literally tech support, run multiple gaming servers (of my own shit), work from home, and try to just be a useful twat when I'm not ranting in the war room.

To me, and I just be speculating -- the sync between cloudflare and xenforo seems corrupted -- which is why I thought the migration (forget exactly how long ago) probably should have just been a complete wipe everything and start over system. Migrating from old boards (trying to keep profiles, threads -- millions of posts) something is bound to fuck up -- and I'd say that been a lingering problem every since.

It would have pissed everyone off -- starting with 0 posts and no "tier" system, but a server purge/wipe is almost inevitable in every outcome of things -- unless you have massive teams to offload shit. -- just backup the old boards, leave em online for "nostalgia" so people can see old threads -- and then start a whole new platform
