I bought a Subaru

Did it come with this bumper sticker?

Besides all the Lefty owner jokes they get, they are actually really solid cars. I hope you enjoy it... but no pics?
I already said why not. I'm still salty that my Mini and X5 are sat on the drive unmoveable without a tow truck. Buying a car should be something nice but after such a horrendous week I just want something to get from a to b.

I bought a 2025 Subaru Forester this year. I like it so far. The only thing I don't like is the crappy soft windshield. The new windshields are thinner because of the camera eyesight thing. I had my windshield repaired for chips in the first week. Yours is older so hopefully it's better.

I didn't know about the Lesbian connection until I bought mine. I guess I'm a Lesbian just like you. Congratulations on your Subaru purchase.
It's funny, my Sherbro mate laughed and said he was going to bombard me with lesbo Subaru memes. I knew nothing about it.

Being I haven't driven it yet so I guess my husband is the lesbo?

Thats cool TS. As long as you take care of it, it runs well, rock it. Good luck with your new car.

Seems they are great vehicles, so you should be good to go. I do like how it is shorter than my suv, and easier to get things on and off a rack on top. Buddy owns one and loves it.

Good luck

I love older Subaru. Congrats. How are new ones on the Digitrash scale?

The good news is, Subarus have a strong reliability track record. Things are turning up! Best of luck with the other two.

I got an Outback because it beats a truck and modern SUV for overall utility. My only issue is it costs a shitload every time it needs to be fixed. Just dropped 1300 on it yesterday. One of the reasons I always have a Camry or Corolla is they are dirt cheap on repairs. Otherwise the Outback is a boss vehicle. Even if I catch some flak for being a lesbian for owning one.

Nice. Now you gotta stop shaving your body hair and let your head hair turn into dreadlocks (preferrably with some random colors sprinkled into the locks). Get yourself some decent hiking boots and wool socks too to wear with your cargo shorts as you travel around with your lesbian lover.

@fingercuffs everyone drives them here in the Yukon. We must have the highest concentration of Subaru drivers in the world. It’s not lesbians or just women. The entire middle class is driving them.

I’ve been driving my Elantra for 13 years now and the Crosstrek is on my short list to replace it. Good luck with yours!

I have a BMW X5 and a Mini Cooper S on the drive literally unfixable so this Subaru is a fucking dream after the X5 clapping out. I had to have Enterprise deliver a rental on Monday morning after the X5 not being able to go into reverse.

Like I said, buying a new car should be a nice occasion but everything this last week has been such a fucking dreadful nightmare, if it works I'll take it.

Neighbors have 2, dead reliable, good awd. She reports good mpg. I hear the CVT trans takes some getting used to, but I'm sure it will give you trouble free driving, good luck and safe motoring

My coworker got a Crosstrek last year. He said it's been great so far, and really likes it.

I have nothing further to add.
