Lets pretend this is scientific for the threads sake.

Main issue with this device is that it can't measure mass, just acceleration of the arm.

On topic- I was at a Honkytonk to watch midget wrestling (their words, not mine) and was about as drunk as you would expect I would be when you read that sentence. From across the bar I watched somebody throw maybe the worst punch I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Before my wife could stop me I was over there given the dude a free boxing lesson.

 
Btw, my highest scored punch was with form.

Its sensor rewards straight lines, and the rest is speed, it has no calculation for mass that I know of. Maybe some complex thing if I shake it.

I likely wont need to go super hard to reach 999. I can cut down a lot of strength. I just need a precise blend of speed and straight arrow.

it makes sense if you want it to translate to knockouts. Knockouts are more likely if their is a clean impact. More concentrated force.

But I obviously want to hit the hell out of that thing.
 
Lennox does the same mistake thing I did. Hit the bottom. His punch is likely in the 920 range
