So I got injured back at the end of September and since I can't train/have a lot of free time I started this blog project. I'm going through all of my purple belt matches and doing audio commentary on the videos, breaking down some technique and giving analysis.

I've done three videos with a lot more on the way every week. I'm gonna try to work on being better about where I stop/restart. Definitely still have much to improvewith the commentating/presentation.
