Thinking of what car can I buy when I have the money. Both seem reasonably priced for their capabilities. Even if I can afford a luxury car, Idk if I can pay for one knowing I can buy a regular car and just invest or save the rest of the money.

I drive a Hyundai sedan now and had no issues with the engine. The engine works just as good the first year I drove it as far as I can tell. The suspension was kinda whack from the start but not a big deal for me or for anyone who has ridden in it. The Tucson also comes with a hybrid variant.

VS.

I live in the city area and no real need for a pickup. But this design of the new and recent versions of the BT-50 makes it look "city-friendly". There may be a time when I need something that's pretty rugged like for a business but that's a pipe dream as of now. All the reviews I read from the 2010 BT-50's say they hold up really well after 15 years.

oh they bringing back a mazda pickup truck ? interesting....might change my Audi for one...

Watcha think about the Tucson's (semi) automatic driving?

Avoid every CVT imo...

Post 2018 Subaru have been amazing. Honda and Toyota are always great. Nissan has gone to shit and Korean CVT are straight faberge eggs at this point. Hence why Kia and Hyundai spend most of the focus on their interior and exterior designs...because it's held together with Elmer's glue sticks under the hood

Basically avoid anything using a push belt / pulley CVT (subaru is an exception) and question Torodiols.

Japanese launch gear / direct shifts are beauties.

I love Mazda and I love the Honda Ridgeline, and that BT-50 looks like Mazda's version of the Ridgeline.

Then add the fact that Mazda pickups were awesome back in the day, and I'm sold.

BT-50 all the way!

just had a tucson for a day
it was pretty crappy tbh
you could tell its a cheap car, didn't feel solid at all
