Yes, indeed. I think his latest work is his finest so far. It shows growth of the artist as a young man and his subject matter fighters, represent the common man's struggle or "fight" against an authoritarian establishment. Their expressions though seemingly joyful are actually a painful grimace because they are thinking of the battle to come.
