No. He is not even a top 10 in UFC rankings (while both Oleinik and Hunt are in the top 10). Plus, he fought only once outside of Fight Pass prelims and honestly I'm not sure that he is more known to Russian mma fans than Lobov, for example. And it feels like Russian are more into HW fights than FW.
