Id say mir by sub back in the day, but i can totally see hunt catching him and putting it away early.

Hunt can always land that bomb that puts Mir's lights out, and I don't think Mir can take him down easily (granted, if he can, the fight is his) a la Miocic. I'm picking Hunt but I'm like 70% confident on him.

For the rest of the event, I think Lombard and Hamderlei are the sure bets.

if Mir is dumb enough to stand with Hunt then i see it being a quick win for Hunt. but if Mir makes Hunt chase him a bit and throw in some leg kicks and not get countered he might be able to slow Hunt down a bit and bait him into charging and then take him down for some ground and pound or a submission.

i will make a case for Hunt. if he can pressure him into the cage i see Hunt being able to clinch and land some hard shots and slowly break him down maybe get a stoppage. i really don't remember either guys last fight so i can't base my picks on anything really. just what i have seen before of both fighters.

i will predict Hunt gets a stoppage against the cage in the 2nd round. why the hell not.

Was just about to say this. I follow him on social media and he looks to be in the shape he was in around 2012.

He is very adamant that he did a shitty job preparing for Stipe and wants to correct it.

I'm feeling good on Hunt, Mir is a live dog against anyone but I am confident in Mark for this fight.
