It's pretty difficult and would take like a decade. It's like those ppl in HS when you lift up your hand for a high-five and they flinch.

I've read some fighters and boxers say you never can get rid of it.

I trained for 16 years. I can guarantee its a trainable factor. But many people will take a long time to train it out.

Yeah but he claims he only trained 8 weeks... rumor is 4 months... he may have been sparring and working on it the last several years but I doubt it cuz it would've leaked.

His last 3 fighter the bull rush to TD was seen miles away and easily stuffed.
