Good. I seriously cut back on my drinking, only boozing it up on holidays, and I got back into weight training after a very long hiatus. I'm only 50 lbs on my deadlift away from being stronger than my twenty-something year old self, and I might be able to hit it before the end of this month. I injured my back in a deadlift a few months ago, which stunted my progress for about two months, so I'm being very careful not to push it before I know I'm fully ready.

Last year was a really good year for me. Notable even. Aside from a nasty breakup. This year has pretty much sucked balls.

So far it's been amazing:

-A new niece and nephew within two months of each other. Cheeks getting so big on both of them their parents don't even need airbags for their cars anymore.

-Friend opened a business and made me manager. I can now take less time at my university gig, and don't have to do night shifts at the friggin foster home anymore.

-Found a new weed connect that delivers and uses loyalty points.

-Got me a Nokvia Airistech dry herb vape. My cardio improved to the point where I can play full court with those 20year olds (who now apparently have pogosticks for legs) without losing my defensive presence.

-The Smollet thing brought a lot of heat on Yorubaland thanks to those two olodo trying to make fast money with that highyaller battyboi. But it drove up the prices for albino parts. Made me mad Naira. Probably my best February ever in terms of over all sales.

-Found out that baking bacon at 375 takes it to another level.

-My shitposting on sherdog has decreased dramatically.

-I reacquired my underwear model abs.

-Moved away from the student ghetto I was living, got a bigger crib. No birdfeeders anymore, but there's more room to swing my dick around. I can also store albino parts in a deep freeze instead of having to shove them in between homemade perogies and frozen pea's.

-Through diligent prayer my anger and resentments have lessened, and it's easier for me to see the blessings in life.

This year I turned shit around
Got my masters and moved in with my new gf who's a doll, but I did put one of my cats down , but I did also get a promotion at work. I dunno it's been pretty ok other than other kitty. Rip.

Bittersweet. Oldest went off to college. Miss the hell out of him. Brother died from his addictions. Still.... overall it's been a pretty decent one all things considered. Wife and kids are happy, I'm semi-retired and financially stable, nothing on my body hurts at the moment... Yep. Overall I call that a win.
