He turns 46 in 2 months. He's not on TRT anymore. He's clearly not taking any PEDs. You can tell by looking at his physique -- it looks kind of old man-ish now.

But the guy is still finding ways to KO animals like Hector who actually is on the sauce. And has a GOAT chin. But old man no-TRT Hendo still knocked him DEAD.

I think there's something special about his body mechanics -- where his joint levers, tendons, etc. are. What gives?

But Jesus christ, if he can carry this on for a few more years he'll KOing guys @ 50!

Power is the last thing to go on a fighter.

The guy was built for brawling. Enough power to KO HWs, and a chin to take shots like Mark Hunt. His chin has deteriorated but @ 45, most guys go out to a jab. He can still take HEAVY punishment.

So, his chin went deteriorated from GOAT to really good, and he still has that fucking power.

Hendo will be 85 and still capable of knocking fools out... Dat power will be with him till the end.

Some people just got that power.

It helps that he has a beast of a chin in a division where people are willing to stand there and trade. Or in Romero's case just stand there...

Hendo's been knockin' out fools since the Ice Age. 46 years is nothing.

By connecting with his fists and in this case elbows. It's his tendon strength. He's stiff as a board but very heavy handed. Wanderlei was stiff too but it often goes hand in hand. Want another really good example of these stiff tendon fighters with big power? Leben, maybe the best example next to Dan. They have heavy hands, especially Henderson's right which is real heavy.

Speed, reflexes and your chin will always go before your power (if you're a heavy handed puncher) with age. Hendo could be 50 and still have this power.

That H bomb will never die. The man probably hits as hard as he did in his prime he just doesn't land as often.

He's built for this though I mean look at the dude's face he was never going to be anything but a fighter. That's a face a voice that scream "I could fuck you up"

How's he knocking fools out at 46? With his hands mostly, sometimes he uses other parts but mostly hands.

This guy has been my only AV on this site for good reason.

not only does hendo have really good power, he also has really good timing, i think thats an underrated part of his game

He's got an IQ of 89, that plus his old man strength gains puts him near superman levels of strength.

To think how long he hs been competing not only in MMA forever but wrestling at thee highest level possible before fighting is fucking incredible. Best of all he never used his wrestling to lay-n-pray fools like others of that caliber

Hendo can barely walk, though...his body is clearly showing signs of MAJOR wear and tear.
That's what's so crazy. I see this guy limping out to the cage and he's almost 46, and I just cringe thinking I'm about to see a helpless old man get his ass whooped. Then he does the ass whooping, and I'm scared that Hector Lombard might actually be dead.
