Alright. I work 330pm-1130pm so I'm awake right now in the midst of my "walking the dog/drinking a few beers after work ritual". Overall though, it is what it is, just planning for the 'worst case scenario" of my life, in 12 years, I'll be able to buy into a Florida 50+ community with 50k+ down(homes are between 70k-100k), and living the rest of my life as a beach bum.
