I'll cut Roman Reigns and make Cena the face of Smackdown! and Orton the face of Raw.

I'd separate the roster based on size, so wrestlers like Finn Balor and Hideo Itami have more of a chance.

With Mauro commentating, I'd make Smackdown a pure wrestling fans dream, a bigger NXT if you will. Raw can keep working the traditional WWE style.

all of Vinces children can play here. rollins, reigns ambrose etc. the top tier champs are dominate all the major storylines happen here and its the big show. put all the ladies on here. New talent gets mixed in during the draft. intercontinental is given some prestige. Vets or future champs hold this title.

Smackdown
Mix old not as marketable vets (jericho, kane, big show henry etc) here with the young blood from nxt or other orgs. World heavyweight championship is respected but has a lot more wiggle room here. guys like AJ, cesaro, ziggler, ambrose etc actually can and will win this belt. US championship is a small step under. No more sin cara or kalisto as champ. these guys can flourish in the cruiserweight picture. push these cruiserweight guys a lot. have exciting matches for that belt basically weekly. Cruiserweights can compete for tag team belts and cruiserweight but not US or world heavyweight belts.

draft time
Once a year mix out the stale raw roster over to smackdown to freshen up. the champions thats did well on smackdown get drafted to raw for their big push. tag teams are traded to keep things fresh and sometimes separated to make new singles stars.
