How would Jarett Hurd do against Winky Wright at 154?

Does Hurd have a chance with his uppercuts or does Winky jab him for 12 rounds?

Winky with ease through what i've seen so far. Would make him fight his fight. Though, I think Hurd is now really hitting his prime and while the Lara win was good, I'd need to see him against the top of the division some more. Wright was undisputed champion and in the p4p lists near the top. Hurd hasn't shown he's at that level yet.

Sounds about right. He would catch most of Hurd's wide, winging shots on his elbows and gloves, with his tight guard, and then counter at will. Hurd fights kind of like a rudimentary Fernando Vargas. I thought Wright beat him, and would school Hurd.

I think Winky is better and has definitely accomplished things in his time and this will sway opinions. But Winky's feet weren't terribly dynamic and he could get outworked. Tough, accurate guy that stayed composed, but if he doesn't get Hurd's respect, I think Hurd could outwork him to a close decision win.

And I don't really care either way for Hurd.
