Teymur dropped him and it just fired him up. Lee landed some heavy shots too and it didn't sway him in the least

I think the reason we're seeing this career resurgence is because he managed to turn the corner mentally. The tools have always been there.

Great observation, aside from Felder/Edgar/Max, he wins convincingly against all of them today. And the losses he couldn't avenge would be a lot more competitive. Charles is really "coming into his own," lately. He's never been bad, but he's EASILY the sharpest he's ever been now. And since he's finally realizing his potential, his best days could be (not behind but) ahead of him.

Max is two years younger with half a dozen less fights and 3 less losses.

Given a lot of people thought he beat Volk in their second fight, he should be the reigning champ again. No one else at FW is a threat to him other than maybe Ortega.

Holloway would be competitive I always felt the first one was a fluke (oesophagus injury or whatever it was).

Felder would be interesting to watch too.
