There is a reason why Rockhold fights at 185. You should compare him to 185 legends. Like prime Hendo vs . Rockhold.

Prime Shogun wins by having much better hands with equally or even more destructive kicks.

Luke is definitely big enough to hang with Rua, but GP champ Shogun was a whirlwind. The Shogun that overwhelmed Rampage and Overeem would have been an underdog to maybe 6 or 7 other fighters all time. Rua, but not by much. We will see Luke at LH at some point.
