Their rematch is going to be on july 9th, same day as UFC 200. How many people do you think will watch fury/klitshko instead of the conor train? do you think it's possible that UFC 200 could do sub 1 million buys because of it? that'd be a bit funny

or is it in england so the time will be ok and all things will be peachy? i have no idea how long it will last or if there will even be any crossover in time

IF its as nearly boring as the first probably not much at all. I will watch the second fight but that what my DVR is for lol

One of the worst significant Hw title fights I can remember watching live. I remember when it ended and their was a blip on ESPN and other sports outlets weren't even covering it. On the other end, a woman got her head kicked off and the world stopped for a minute to admire the handy work. Won't affect it at all. If someone is on the fence about ordering, I doubt they will decide to watch what could be the worst Hw title fight in history as opposed to an entertainment heavy card like 200.

as far as i know europe doesn't pay for ppvs and americans are not likely to pay to watch 2 europeans fight that shit is un-american

On a global level, Klitschko vs Fury absolutely dwarfs UFC 200. Every sports news outlet will write about whatever will happen in that fight while outside of Brazil and USA MMA is a niche obscurity. Klitschko vs Fury is the bigger event here.

Klitschko is HUGE in Europe and this rematch will be one of his biggest fights. A much bigger sporting event than Conor's exhibition match and a woman high school wrestler fighting some random chick. I love MMA but let's be real about it, from the purely competitive perspective UFC 200 is complete shit.

Wladimir Klitschko is a true A-level athlete, a future hall of fame legend and an ATG whose name will always be mentioned together with the most prestigious athletes in the history of sport like Muhammad Ali.

Fury was the first man to beat him in 10 years. The first match was boring but everyone knows that Klitschko will have to be more aggressive in the rematch. This fight will be big and Fury will hype the shit out of it.

There's also Euro semifinal on the same day which will be watched by entire Europe and football fans around the world. It will be at 21:00 CET, then Klitschko vs Fury around 23:00 and then everyone will either get drunk or go to sleep instead of staying awake to watch a niche showbiz entertainment sport event at 5:00 in the morning. UFC 200 picked a really bad date, it's competing with two bigger sports here.

Fury vs Klitschko 1 was easily the most boring fight of the last 5 years.

Btw the fight will be in england or germany so its going to be on earlier in the US so ppl can watch both with no problem.

zero people.

UFC 200 begins by the times the Fury vs Clit ends

So probably nothing. Very different audiences anyway.

If Conor wasn't on the card and it was say Nate "20/20" Diaz V RDA, the boxing card would annihilate it. Luckily Conor will reign supreme. Again.

UFC 200 is at July 10th 3am local Manchester, England time.

wimbledon finals is that weekend too

UFC has overtaken boxing in the United States. It's not going to have any impact on American PPV sales. Americans couldn't care less about Fury or Klitschko or most boxers in general for that matter.

Edit: And I see from the other responses that there isn't even a time conflict, so it definitely won't.

England doesnt have ufc ppv and 200 starts in the middle of the night

americans are the bulk of ppv buys u guys are overestimating how much americans care about 2 europeans fighting and some european show

Would've rather Fury-Wilder, but at least this gets the Klitschko rematch out of the way.

I'd wager UFC 200 fucks over the Fury fight way worse than the Fury fight fucks over UFC 200
