How to shadow box?

Quick question if you wanted to mix in some kicks, knees and elbows in your shadowboxing sessions, would it be good to do:
Rd 1: movement, head movement, feints
Rd 2: just jab with movement, and head movement and using the right hand feints
Rd3: add hooks and uppercuts of course with movement and head movement and feints
Rd 4: add right hands and rear hooks (same as every other round)
Rd 5: add leg kicks, with feints to clinch knee's
Rd 6: add knees, with clinch entries (mimicking the clinch entries)
Rd 7: add elbows, with clinch entries.
Rd 8: everything

Is this good?

Edit: I'm not trying to hijack the thread, I'm just seeing what you guys think.

When I shadowbox, I look at it like there is an opponent in front of me actively doing things opponents in front of me typically do & look to blast them out of existence.

Except I'm hitting air.

I don't really go through the motions too much, because I want my combinations & everything to come off exactly as I want them to, fast and powerful. I even compensate for some more awkward movements opponents might do & shadowbox accordingly, such as dropping right hands on a guy who has dipped low from a high position.

biggest positive to it I think is the ability to not lose your balance after missing a shot. Something I had a problem with for a while until I started getting back into shadowboxing regularly.
