How much weight does Usman cut? srs question

How much weight does Usman actually cut? Serious question to weight cutting experts as it’s interesting.

It’s well known Colby and Masvidal cut like 12-15 lbs down to 170 then rehydrate to 182-185lbs on fight night. Usman is like the same height as these guys but clearly looks much heavier. Is it fair to presume he cuts 25-30lbs and then rehydrates back to 195-200lbs on fight night at least? I know looks and weight can be very deceiving between individuals but Usman for sure has to be heavier than these guys.
 
He's probably in the 190's on fight night. He's got the jacked upper body but his legs are actually quite thin comparatively to a lot of WW's.

I agree he has a definite size advantage on Colby/Masvidal, but there are many other WW's who probably weigh similar to Usman on fight night.
 
I know guys likecosta are cutting 30 lbs of water weight so I do think it’s possible especially if you have a lot of muscle mass

I definitely agree with you. Leon Edwards and Chimaev probably weigh the same on fight night or similar
 
Is it just me, or did Usman look soft against Colby?

they said so during multiple interviews. I found an AMA from Colby where he says the same thing this appears to be actually him right before he became a pseudo celebrity he discusses it within
 
i'd guess 195

just going by how woodley looked weighing in for the jake paul fight being 190. and that usman is 3 inches taller.
 
Prob around 195. Doubt it's even that hard of a cut for him either, heavily muscled/lean guys shed water so much easier.
 
Usman does have thin legs but that's not to say they arent strong. His upper body is way jacked and larger than all the WW’s, makes him look massive in there for not being one of the short guys.


He looks easily 195 in there. He is lean so Id assume he doesnt bloat up north of 205-210 often between fight contracts but wtf do I know. Only Kham and Leon look like guys that can match his physicality in there. And Leon couldnt do it the first time.
