How much can Cyborg bench press?

Physics of bench press provide a benefit for having short arms relative to body i.e. a 'stocky' build. Lesser range of motion, improved leverage (angle of muscle to line of force). So a short man like Kevin Hart should post good number if he trains it.
Cyborg, not so much. Doubt she can hit the tonne (225). if she dedicated herself to it for a few months, sure, but i very much doubt it would help her MMA. probably hinder, if anything. I bet she benches bodyweight only.
I'd think she would have a good deadlift, relative to body weight, though.

He's a tiny little one though. Cyborg's walking around weight is probably within ten, fifteen pounds. No reason to think she can't move that bar.

Bench suits shorter guys though, easier to push the bar with shorter arms.

That thumbnail. I thought she put that up with underhand grip, like a tricep push. Holy shit, I been benching wrong 18 years

With her feet up on the bench and everything. Hardcore!

Dope

Bench being such a technical lift and the fact that she likely doesn't train it much (or at least in a powerlifting capacity) I doubt she can do a crazy amount. 185-200?

With her musculature I'm guessing 225+ would be fairly easily attainable with a reasonable amount of dedicated training.

There are female powerlifters who have less muscles than her that can bench over 300. Random example, Jennifer Thompson (who competes at 63kg/about 140lbs) pause benching 325:

As you can see, technique and skill play a huuuuge factor.

Dope

That shit is insane, and she appears natty too

I'd guess 195 tops. People oversell her size because she's a women. If she were a man you'd think she was fairly slender
