Joshua highest gate against Klitschko with 90,000 punters is around £8m, MayMac gate was $55m and UFC 205 & 229 are more than twice Joshua's best with less than 1/4 of the capacity....

That should tell you something about the differing demand and price point each fighter commands, if Conor was to fight in a 90,000 stadium it would bring in 2, 3 times what Joshua did.

You realize it's in the fighter best interest to declare a low purse which is the way the UFC do it.

Conor hinted in his interview with Ariel that this Khabib fight would earn him about half what he earned against Floyd, so that $40m+.
