Depends on your capabilities.
I'm a regular joe and trained 6 days a week, twice a day 4 of those days. I'm a bit more intermediate and do well sparring once a week. To me, sparring is a session to test out what I've been drilling and working on throughout the week. Once in awhile, I spar to "win", thats maybe once a month or every 3 weeks. When I'm in camp its usually:
M-4-5km run / sparring + drills/clinch work
T-4-5km run / clinch/drills/padwork
W-4-5km run / padwork + clinch/drills
T-4-5km run / clinch/drills/padwork
F-
S-531a (lifting) / 3km run (if I'm able to)
S-531b(lifting)/ 3km run (if I'm able to)
I work 9-5, so the running is early (6:30-7am), and skillwork is in the evening (6-9pm).
If you're a pro with no job except for fighting, I'd expect training 3 times daily.
