I did read the law actually. I have also seen several streams taken down because they are worried about being prosecuted. I know not to worry because I am not the one doing the stream, but I know several people are worried enough.

I don't illegally stream, but I'd imagine that its more or less impossible for them to do anything unless you give your name and personal information to streaming sites.
