Honestly if you are being realistic, Aldo most likely beats him in the rematch especially if he switches it up more and grapples more. I'd favor Frankie too especially if he wrestles as well. Holloway also likely beats him. He'd only have defenses if he fought like emmet or stephens

We know he was never going back down to FW. His coach said so within a week or two of the Aldo fight.

But he should have defended at LW. There is simply no acceptable reason or excuse for it. He might have been able to have an impressive legacy. Instead his legacy is a joke and irretrievable.

If you haven't realized virtually every champ is too big for the weight class on sherdog. A true phenomenon. If Stephens gets the belt you can only imaginex or Ortega. Aldo was way too big, then conor was, now max should move up. It's almost as if....theyre all in their proper weight class

Haha he looked like an athletic crack head at his cuts of 145... I know Conor walking weight is around 180 idk what Max walking weight is but to me max is more lanky and skinnier... Conor pretty muscular and thicker.

as crazy as it sounds I think I would say ortega would be the toughest matchup at FW for conor. I think conor would beat max in a rematch. ortega could keep his own standing with mcgregor and just wait for that split second opportunity over five rounds to grab ahold of that sub. I would've picked frankie as his toughest matchup before watching him get starched by T-city
