I just figured up my daily calorie intake and was shocked to find out it was 1300. As I am dieting hard and it doesn't seem like I am eating that much food. I stand 5'5" and weight 135 lbs. I need to get to 125 lbs. I train roughly three hours a day. My question is, Can I survive on less calories and how low can I take them and still train and fight effectively?

Don't put too much stock in whatever formula you used to determine your maintenance cals.

i weighed and mesured every thing i ate thhem took a caalculator and did the math from the nutrition info my self

I had the same problem. I was working out and logging my calories and Coach D who set up the stuff for me wanted me to maintain a certain amount of calories and I was having trouble getting to half of what he wanted me to.

Yes, but anyone that could be even remotely accurate in determining their maintenance cals with calculations wouldn't be asking how many calories they can survive on.

how do you figure knowing what i am takeing in and knowing how few i can eat and not slip into a coma are not on even closely related

my fight was just confermend for agu13 any help guys

dude 1300 calories is hardly anything thats like a hardcore cutting diet...if your eating that and training 3 hours a day you were not meant to be any lighter....what is your body fat percentage right now?
