He got KTFO twice for over stepping Bisping lead foot and throwing a lazy jab and moving straight backwards vs Romero too long. ALL while keeping his hands low. These are fundamentals

I really like his fighting style but his days as a title contender are over IMO. He should take another fight or 2 (Bisping would be fun) and then retire. He had a great career but it doesn't seem like he can handle the fact that he isn't competing for a title shot anymore - and once you are competing for something less than your goals I believe your performance will be compromised. I'll miss him, but modeling is good money and safer than fighting

IMHO as long as possible.

If you get knocked out, your body needs to rest.

Don't jump back in like Bisping or Frankie.

Rockhold should move up and be mainly a Grappler. I truely believe his chin will be better without the weight cutting. It's not like he is straight in lala land like Reem or Arlovski, but he gets rocked easy and can't recover fast enough.
