No, when the Bantamweight was created they filled it easily and she didn't had to fight girls coming from another organisation to defend her belt (like Cyborg who fought Evinger and Yana). Since they "created" this featherweigt, we saw some bantamweight fight in it (Holm, De randamie, etc) and you want to talk about the rankings :

When they created the Batnamweight division it was a lot more credible than that.
