Health How long does it take you to wake up?

I drag my ass out of bed and flop onto the floor, where I scrape up any remnants of white powder I can find from the night before. Then I move the powder from the floor onto the ass of the sleeping hooker in my bed. At least I hope she's sleeping. That last incident was certainly a hassle.

Anyhoo, I snort that line, realize it's mostly baby powder, then I'm up and ready to take on the world!

I'm usually right awake, sometimes it takes 5 minutes. I'm only groggy if I wake up hungry.

Depends if her husband pulls up in the driveway or not ....

One of the few nice things about getting old (46) is I don't need as much sleep to operate at decent levels. I set my alarm to wake me up about 15 minutes before I need to leave. Pee, brush teeth, deodorant, clothes, grab my bag, glasses, keys. I'm out tha dough!

I used to feel the effects of less than 4 hours of sleep for a while. Now I'm generally fine. No coffee needed.

The slightest noise will wake me up if I want it to my bodies programmed to know an unsettling sound and a just a noise ,the only time I had trouble getting up was my high school years I’d stay up until 1 am on average watching horror movies or playing game that’s on average sometimes later ,I’d have to be completely out of it not to wake up if there is loud noises around me and at least open my eyes .

But I can also fall asleep even if people are rioting around me ,lol ….when you get a certain age I think you can program your body to sleep deep or not , my environment is entire safe so it all depends when I sleep, hunger and motivation if I’m going to do a planned event that day it comes with age .

If I have to be somewhere the next day etc my body is it’s own alarm clock .

Depends on the purpose of the day.

Leaving for a trip? Up and ready to get after it.

Weekend? Pretty much up with no alarm. Good to go.

Work days? Hit that snooze 3-4 times. Only really wake up with the cold water face splash. Drag ass otherwise.
