UFC fight pass has between 350K-500K subscribers. Any UFC PPV that does not sell over 400K buys does not make a sizeable profit. Rousey and Conor will retire next year probaly (Rousey might not even fight again). GSP is retired, Anderson is going to retire soon. Reebok gear is dumb.

All of you Accountants out there, help me understand the evaluation of 4 Billion!

Only think I think that adds to the evaluation that the public might not Know, is the Fox TV deals and Foreign markets. Which have never been fully disclosed.

Well, ownership does come with the privilege of hitting up the ring card girls on Twitter for a BJ with 10 minutes notice.

It's not worth that much. But when you have access to hundreds of billions. What's a couple more billion really mean? I definitely think the UFC is worth at least 1 billion and probably worth about 2 billion. If someone is offering 4 billion. Very hard to pass up.

Conor is actually worth about 8 billion alone, but since he's quasi-retired, the worth of the company took a huge nose dive.

I have no idea how you get a positive ROI from 4 billion, but the UFC brand itself is what's worth the top dollar.
Video games, television shows, clothing lines, potential movies, whatever.

It most likely doesn't have 4 billion in assets. There must be a valuation formula tied into the last x-years gross and/or net profit.

They probably outlined the fact that their fighters are paid peanuts and the owners basically get to keep like all the money.

Maybe they included Danas driveway snow in the deal

Frank, Lohenzo, Dana, and Joe Silva each get a billion and just walk away.

Well, I just went to Sports Authority to buy some cheapy bag gloves and there were about 15-20 UFC branded striking accessories. Probably low quality stuff, but t was priced to be accessible to just about everyone.

There are 450 SA stores, per Google. They aren't in the habit of stocking things that don't sell. Just sayin'.

Greg Savage estimated that Frank and Lorenzo get 1.5 Billion each. Dana gets 300 Million and Joe Silva and the minority owners cut up the rest.

This
Plus they brought in over 600m last year.
That is a huge sum

It's value is not 4 billion right now as in the total assets + $ they have, but the brand's potential for future revenue.

Remember, the UFC bought the rights for 2 million and turned it into a company that's valued now in the billions. People see potential in growing it even more. It basically is a monopoly all the talent is with the UFC. Get some big spenders to market the shit out of it and it can grow even larger but the product is so good.
