How is Mir 260 and looking skinnier than ever?

Seriously...he weighed more but looked skinnier. He looked buffer as UberMir and weighed less, was like 250.
 
I'm confused. He looked like he weighed more due to fat. He was fatter and heavier and less buff than he's been..
 
Here's a hint, jr... Bruce Lee syndrome

More definition gives the appearance of bigger muscles (hence bodybuilders and actors getting JACKED!! with leanness). Frank weighed more but the tone was covered up, kapeesh?

His arms looked puny compared to before

Very disappointing

Skinnier than ever? How long have you been watching MMA? He was about as out of shape and fat as he's ever been.
 
Mir's weight has probably fluctuated more than any successful HW. I remember when he added a crap ton of weigh during the Carwin-Lesnar era to be competitive.

I think part of it for Mir is that he's just getting older. It'll be tougher for him to keep muscle weight on than younger dudes. He's doing what he can though. Beating Duffee was a bit of a statement that he isn't ready to hang em up just yet.

As much as I think he's a shithead, you're way off base here. This is what happens when a man in his late 30's can't take roids or TRT.
 
mir looked similar to when he first came back from the bike accident.
