Its just a shit feeling it gives me, Jones usually finds a way and many have found a way VS Stipe, even struve did & idc if that was pre-full time fighter Stipe or not. He still got fucked up by struve.

Part time old fighter vs the most meticulous student of the game and overall goat? It's not even a hard question, Jones does what he wants to Stipe. Stipe looked 90 in his last fight and that was a looooong time ago, he's going to look absolutely awful against Jon and anyone thinking otherwise is just a big time hater.

The Real Question that you should ask is "How is Stipe going to beat Jon?" OP

By a decision, but it depends a lot of Jones's cardio at HW, and whether Stipe still has decent gas tank at his age. Tko/KO is significantly less likely, but I would still give it at least 10-15%.
