How is Jon Jones "only" 6'4 ?

He was towering OSP big time at the presser...

Either he is a very strong 6'4 meaning he is 6'5 or just shy of it or OSP isn't 6'3 at all...
They looked one weight division apart...

Curious thing is that OSP looked to be his billed 6'3 in most of his other fights until now.. ( a couple of inches taller than Mousasi who is between 6'1 and 6'2 etc. )
I certainly didn't expect the size difference to be that big though... OSP really has no chances at all..

I remember pics of him and Kongo looking the same height and Kongo also is in that " consistently looks taller than his billing " territory so...
