I was looking into fighters and their wieght,heigth and fighting class. Lets take this to exampels, Tony Ferguson,Michael Cheisa, Cowboy and Nate Diaz. How is it that those guys are making 155 LBS/70 kg? Its just carzy for me, Tony Ferguson is like 6 foot and fighting in 155. That can impossible be normal, a guy like Nate is 6.1 thats freaking huge for a 155. Michael Chiesa is also 6.1 . Donald Cowyboy cerrone is like 6.0.
How is this fare for fighters in their division? Why arent they fighting in WW? Why are they cutting that much and fighting at a lower class unhealthy.

I think its carzy that a guy who is 6.0 or 6.1 is fighting at 155.

They aren't cutting huge amounts of weight. Cowboy just said last night that to make 170lbs he cuts 5lbs. So he's cutting from 175 to 155, that's not a big cut at all.

Im 6' and about 210. A worker I just hired is about my height and dude weighs like 140lbs.

He would probably fight at 135.

If I lost 10 lbs of chunk the lowest I could ever go is 180 ish.
