How hands on will the UFC be with their content on Paramount+? (in comparison to how Bellator was 🤢)

I don't know who was in charge of the garbage that was Bellator uploads on Showtime/Paramount+'s App post fights but it would take a day or two for the replay of their events AND there were no individual fights on demand.

So you had to watch the whole event.

Although ESPN was annoying and not as good as Fight Pass from way back (hell you had corner mics during the fights)... but at least ESPN had every fight after the event. Broken down to individual fights or the events (seperated by prelims and main event cards).

With Paramount+ paying so much for this UFC deal I'm worried they will once again be lazy with the uploads to save money where ever they can.

You would HOPE they would want to make a big splash and go all out. 1080p (upscaled to 4K) HDR.... quick UI, fights broken down individually.... but yeah, it's nice to want things.

ESPN was a 100/mo fee to watch ufc, and was a stale turd aside from the 30 for 30 library.
Paramount will balloon to 18/mo No Ads eventually, and is less of a turd and they have south park.
If it runs even remotely smoothly, we upgraded big time.

Yeah, can actually watch the UFC fights on Hulu or Disney+ too if you like their apps better. Paramount+ was absolutely horrible with the Bellator content after they got rid of Showtime Sports, even when they had Showtime separate from Paramount+ it was a pain in the ass to rewatch. But that last year they were on Paramount+, you couldn't even rewatch the entire cards anymore and the prelims were no longer on Youtube. You would just get a few fights from the main card, maybe a prelim or two, and those useless "30 minute breakdowns" or whatever they were called. You literally had to watch a Bellator event in real time or you would never be able to see it again.

They'll force you to watch a 5 minute trailer of Love Island before showing you any UFC content, even if you paid for the premium no ad version

I’ll agree to it as long as it’s entirely slow mo shots of ass with no talking. The no talking part is really important

I haven't gotten Paramount+ yet but as long as it's better than the dogshit app that is ESPN+ I'll be happy.
