How good or dissapointing will ufc 226 be?

Ufc hyped up this event in the past that fight week is a special card and it been great the last couple years.
Now we know that DC V Stipe is happening barring injury or peds.
Other talked about fights:
DJ v TJ fly title
Cyborg v Nunes wfw title
Cain v Werdum 2
Rockhold v Bisping 3

Other big fights I'm forgetting that are in talks?
Shevchenko v Nicco wfly title (but I think this will be 225 comain)

News changes quick but out of these, the latest news is: "dana doesn't think dj v TJ will get done" "Nunes wants to keep defending vs Ketlen and worried about negotiations with Cyborg" "cain is healthy right now and Werdum needs to win Saturday" "bisping unsure if he's still got 1 fight left in him"

Depending on what we see in July if it's much worse than this imma be really disappointed in the event

DJ still aiming for July vs. TJ. TJ said he's fine with July too so should be good (we'll wait and see).

Nunes I don't think will be ready though if she's fighting Pennington in May.

Regardless, with Miocic vs. Cormier booked the card is already off to a great start. I don't suspect we'll have a full main card for another month or so.

Rockhold vs. Bisping 3 - Bisping said his last fight will be on England, not interested in fighting at US

DJ vs. TJ - could happen, i think it won't because Dana is full of shit and it seems like he's upset with TJ after he refused to fight Cody to save 222
