How does Vettori match up with the current top 6 at middleweight?

Watch the 3rd round again my Brother, Adesanya made some mistakes and still made it to his Feet, if you come across his breakdown of the 3rd round he was very honest in his assessment and where he went wrong, after that fight, the only person to take him down was Romero for a split second, and he's about as explosive IF NOT more than Marvin.

It was a close fight, but Adesanaya went on to become the Champion, Marvin's just breaking into the Top 10 by pure happenstance with Covid and the switch up of opponents.

He got lucky in the sense that Hermanson should have won that fight. But Hermanson fought poorly and got really shook in the first, thereby remaining trigger shy.

I still wouldnt call that luck. The right guy won the fight though I wouldn't have been surprised if at least one judge had given it to Jack. It might go different if they fought again as they were pretty evenly matched but Vettori proved he belongs in the top 10 and could easily be top 5.

I’m not 100% sold on champ material yet but I agree with everything else. And he’s fairly young and seems to be improving each fight. I like the guy.

Lets just say that I dont think Hermansson beats any top 5 guy. Whittaker, Izzy, Cannonier and Costa all KO him. He was somewhat competitive with Vettori. I wouldnt favour Vettori to beat any of the top 5 guys just yet. He puts up fun fights though and likely takes each guy to a decision.

What about Marvin fights Till i think that could be his next fight ?

Him vs Costa will be fireworks but it is hard to say who is gonna win the fight because we dont know the situation of Costa after losing the fight against Izzy

Honestly I think he is competitive with all of them. I can see him beating anyone on this list but Whittaker and Romero.

Him vs Till will be a good fight and it will be competitive and it can go either way but i have to pick Marvin for the win because he is a very good fighter and he proved it against a guy like Jack

Robert is shop worn, he lost twice to Romero IMO and barely got passed Till. Cannonier would have beat him if it wasn't for the early broken arm.

Personally I think Marvin beats him to a pulp

I think he beats Till...canonnieer and whittaker will be tough...whittaker more so then canonieer cuz of the movement of whittaker...vetorri is pretty flat footed..and whittaker uses angles extremely well especially with that high kick

Costa and him is a barnburner fight..toss up IMO...

It's not like Cannonier and Till are impossible to beat. He could get a decision win over both.

Whittaker, Costa and Romero though I feel are bad match-ups for him.
They all have the power to make him look hesitant. I don't think he'd be favored by the judges there.

Wait Vitori beats nobody to a pulp. He has a sharp quick right and is physically strong but nothing more.

That's good of you to admit that, I think with a few minor tweaks Jack could've certainly got it done, and he demonstrated some really excellent cardio for the LHW. I like both guys and admire Vettori's grit and determination. With that said, I have a hard time seeing him beat whittaker/israel/costa

Whats funny is he says hes improved since he last fought izzy. As if izzy is the same exact fighter. That kinda of thinking will. Get him kod in a rematch. Also costa probably gives him brain damage. And Robert probably does the same.
