For those of you who take multiple supps a day, how do you keep track or remind yourself about taking them? I always lose track of what I have to take. Anyone have any suggestions?
Make a checklist and mark off each time you take it. Burn yourself with a red hot knife for every supp you forget.
i have a plano tackle box. i have used this method for about 7 years and i guess after all that time its like second nature. i very rarley forget to take something.
