How do you sign up for the Insider?

I keep trying to sign up, but there isn't a place to register, all I see is membership and password, and the subscription options don't click. ???

You have to go to user CP and go to paid subscriptions.

I am confused. It only has platinum memberships. what is the difference between insider and platinum? Do i get the training videos and interviews with an insider account? Any mods have the scoop?
