2-wheels is more practical.

I got a one wheeler but that two wheeler looks pretty sweet. I especially like that it looks it’s loaded with innovative features that combine strength, durability, and stability.

They made 2 for ladies at home. 1 is harder but also more capable and will help you develop real strengthening of your stabilizer muscle groups (this is a big part of where the mythical "old man" strength comes from). Much harder to turn on a dime with the two wheel version and easier to go offroading with the one wheel, as mentioned by Salvador.

One wheel. It’s easier to turn and get to where you’re going. Two wheels is great if you only ever have to go in a straight line or don’t have a narrow walkway to get through to your backyard.

I learned recently Safeway's deli has something called potato barrel which is potato with cheese in it. Haven't tried yet. Looks like jumbo tater tot.

1 wheel.

2 wheel is a bit of a hassle turning.

If it's real heavy stuff then 2 wheel cause 1 wheel tends to flatten, making it a chore trying to push it.
