Don't have wires connected to someones' head or chin? I'm talking about HW'S. Everyone there has been dropped from a hard punch, does that mean they have a glass chin or is it just the perfect shot for a concussion? Remember Fedor was out from one short punch, Tim was dropped by Randy who wasn't known for his punching power, Stipe...and many more examples. So how can you keyboard warriors make such claims just by watching without any gaging equipments who has glass chins and who is getting hit on the perfect spot? Can you explain your hypothesis?

It's all about Location, a punch to the chin will require more force than the temple yet can yield the he same result. I'm 6'3 240 and I've been rocked by 145ers a good punch can KO any human being.

Yeah, there's little science on it because it's pretty unethical to test in a lab. I'm guessing there aren't a lot of college students volunteering to get pummeled in the head from different angles to help figure out the ins and outs of knock out punches and brain trauma.

I think for the most part, guys that get knocked out more get labeled as glass jaws, and guys that take punishment without getting knocked out too often get labeled at iron jawed. As far as keyboard warriors making claims, it's the same with all sports. People watch them and cheer/jeer. Analyze and make predictions. Fans know that they can't compete, but it would be kind of boring to talk about sports if every convo was "well win or lose, these guys are better than me".

OK I got an example when throwing a lead hook (left hook for Orthodox) the target is usually the temple and gets lots of knockdowns/knockouts from boxing to MMA.

Chins a small part of it,People under estimate if the guy KO'd is moving in,what angle he is at when struck.

How tucked his neck is,how planted his feet are.

Then you consider hydration, recent food intake, recovery from recent training.
Just think of work one day you bounce in one day you crawl in,getting into a fight just before would be very different on each day

Two hard and fast movin' objects meet, there are so many variables that one day the punch will switch you off the next bounce off you.

Thats what make it all,if someone was unstoppable but lacking skills would soon getting boring.

The timing. I just took a punish a couple of hours ago.
