How do you feel about WMMA?

I'm all for womens equality. I think they should throw them in with the men if they want equal pay and air time. Seriously though, I hope they do what womens pro hockey just did and refuse to play/fight until they get comparable pay. They could stay out forever as far as I'm concerned. WMMA, WNBA, pro hockey, you name it.

Not good enough to justify how often it takes up one or more main card slots. There's a few entertaining fighters here and there but most of the time I ignore it and do something else.

For the most part it’s a pass for me but there are some matchups that are worthwhile and there even some matchups that I consider amongst the most intriguing, men or women.

I just like to watch people fight. Like the males there are good and bad WMMA fights. Yeah the talent level isn't the same, but it doesn't always have to be when it comes to fighting. I'll go to a regional amateur MMA show and have a blast. I figured I'd make a poll to see were Sherdog stands.

I've been watching this shit since around 1995. Maybe it's because I can remember the NHB days when BJJ was some sort of Voodoo science and the talent pool was really shallow. Either way I still found it entertaining.

It isn't that I don't want to watch wMMA but most of their fights are decision sparring fights. No real threat of a KO or much technique or athleticism that makes you think, "wow I'm so glad to be paying for this." I'll watch women fight all day long on youtube and other fights, but I wouldn't want to pay for 95% of wMMA fights. It would be different if most were on the undercard but they are wmma fight or two on every main. Just have all wMMA fight cards and all male cards. I don't mind a title fight on a main card for wMMA, but right now wMMA is still very shallow and most fights aren't deserving of a main card.
