I think he's a terrible actor. The movies I liked him best in were Snatch, and The Italian Job. Mostly cause they didn't center around his character.

To be fair Arnold and Stallone basically play the same characters in their action movies as well , the difference is , that the Choreography in Statham's movies are much better.

I love Jason Statham, my favourite film ever's probably Lock, Stock and he was pretty big in that.

Biel was at her finest (attractiveness) in that movie. We are too distracted to notice Statham.

Statham only does movies that he's appropriate for, he's an action guy and doesn't try to pass himself off in movies for something he's not. He stays within the confines of roles good for him so can't really hate on him for that. I love method style actors more so then any other kind but you also have to have your guilty pleasure movies.

I would agree with you, and also throw Vin Disel into that mold as well.



I'll never give Stallone shit, cause he's an amazing writer. His starring roles are pretty bland, especially later in his career.. But he can write some good shit.
